A New Class for Our Members
Body Circuit is a total body workout with emphasis on strength and cardio to include abs. You'll circuit through stations to interval timing planned to give you a fantastic workout. Each station will have a movement that can be modified for your level of intensity. This class is suitable for all members. Come try it out.
