A New Class for Our Members

Great News!

Body Circuit is a total body workout with emphasis on strength and cardio to include abs.  You'll circuit through stations to interval timing planned to give you a fantastic workout.  Each station will have a movement that can be modified for your level of intensity.  This class is suitable for all members.  Come try it out.  

This class will being Friday morning, at 5:30 AM.  Based on membership response, we may add to our schedule.  Let us know what you think.
