What’s it all about?

In the Whole Food Basics presentation, Christi will share her knowledge and experiences about food, breaking it down to simple categories.  Christi’s experience ranges from a busy mother of four to her upcoming completion of her degree with Arkansas State University’s Department of Dietetics.

Christi will share the science behind why eating a Whole Foods diet is important. Her passion and experience with individuals of all ages and conditions will bring hope and excitement as she shares how to take simple steps to make the change to a Whole Foods diet.

Free to all The Trim Gym members!  It’s never too late to join The Trim Gym, or take make positive steps for your health.
