Build and Burn
Get ready for a great muscular strength and endurance workout using dumbbells, bands body bars and stability balls. Then take off to the track for cardiovascular and lower body burn. Finish off the hour with abs and stretching.
This class is designed to challenge students in a resistive water environment. There is an emphasis on increasing strength while keeping the heart rate up for 35-40 minutes.
